4. Setup and Initial Fill
- Ensure Engine is Cool: Never open the cooling system when the engine is hot. Allow the engine to cool completely.
- Locate Radiator Cap and Reservoir: Identify your vehicle's radiator cap and coolant reservoir.
- Drain System (if performing a full flush): Completely drain the cooling system by opening the valve at the bottom of the radiator. Consult your owner's manual for specific draining procedures.
- Flush System (if necessary): To remove sediment or old coolant, flush the radiator with water until clear. Run the engine with the heater on, then drain again. Repeat until the system is clean.
- Eto Atunkun: Close the drain valve. Fill the cooling system with Mopar 50/50 Premixed Antifreeze/Coolant. Do not add water.
- Afẹfẹ ẹjẹ: Run the engine with the heater on high to circulate the coolant and remove any air pockets. Top off the reservoir as needed.
