Assembly requires careful attention to detail. Refer to the included assembly photos for visual guidance. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.
- Attach Legs to Grill Bowl: Securely fasten the three legs to the main grill bowl using the provided screws and nuts. Ensure they are firmly attached to provide stability.

- Assemble Bottom Storage Rack: Connect the bottom storage rack to the lower part of the legs. This rack provides stability and a convenient storage area.

- Place the charcoal grate inside the grill bowl.
- Arrange charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal on the charcoal grate. Do not overfill.

5.2 Yiyan
- Place the cooking grate over the hot charcoal.
- Place food directly on the cooking grate for direct grilling.
- For indirect grilling (e.g., for larger cuts of meat or smoking), arrange charcoal on one side or in a ring, and place food on the opposite side of the cooking grate.
- Use the lid to retain heat and smoke. The adjustable air vent on the lid allows you to control airflow and temperature. Open for higher temperatures, close for lower temperatures.

6. Itọju ati Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill.

- Temperature Too Low/High: Adjust the air vent on the lid. Opening it increases airflow and temperature; closing it reduces airflow and temperature.
- Food Sticking to Grate: Ensure the grate is clean and lightly oiled before placing food. Preheat the grate properly.
