This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Scheppach Basa 3 Bandsaw. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine to ensure safe and efficient use.

4. Eto
4.1 Unpacking ati Apejọ

- Mount the bandsaw unit onto the assembled stand, ensuring all fasteners are securely tightened.

- Close all blade guard covers before reconnecting power.

- Ensure the workpiece is clean and free of foreign objects.
- Adjust the upper blade guide to be approximately 3-6 mm above the workpiece.
- Select the appropriate cutting speed for your material (370-750 m/min).
- Turn on the machine and allow the blade to reach full speed before starting the cut.
- Feed the workpiece slowly and steadily into the blade, applying even pressure.
- Use push sticks for smaller workpieces to keep hands clear of the blade.

5.3 Table Tilt Adjustment
The work table can be tilted up to 45 degrees for precise angled cuts. To adjust:
- Loosen the locking knob or lever beneath the table.
- Carefully tilt the table to the desired angle, using the angle scale for accuracy.
- Tighten the locking knob or lever securely before starting the cut.

6. Itọju

6.1 Ninu

- Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals that could damage painted surfaces or plastic components.

Replace dull or damaged blades promptly. Refer to Section 4.2 for blade installation and tensioning instructions.
6.3 Lubrication
Periodically lubricate moving parts as indicated in the detailed service manual (if applicable) to ensure smooth operation.
