  5. Release the Link button on the receiver after a few seconds. The receiver's LED should now be solid green, indicating a successful bind.
  6. Turn OFF both the transmitter and receiver, then turn them ON again to confirm the bind.

5.3. Initial Power-On and Model Selection

  1. Ensure all switches are in their neutral or off positions.
  2. Press and hold the power button on the transmitter until the screen illuminates.
  3. Upon first power-on, you may be prompted to set basic system parameters. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. From the main menu, select 'Model Select' to choose an existing model or create a new one. The 18SZA supports 15-character user and model naming.
  5. Select the appropriate model type (Airplane, Helicopter, Glider, or Multi-rotor) for your new model.
