General Vacuum Sealing

Using the Marinating Function
The marinating function uses pulsed vacuum cycles to rapidly infuse marinades into food items.
- Prepare Food and Marinade: Place food and marinade into a vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the bag is suitable for liquids and leave sufficient space at the top.
- Position and Close: Place the open end of the bag across the sealing bar and close the lid.
- Select Marinate: Press the "Marinate" button on the control panel. The unit will begin a series of vacuum and release cycles to accelerate the marinating process.
- Ipari: Once the marinating cycle is complete, the unit will automatically seal the bag. Open the lid and remove the marinated food.
