4.3. Initial Power-On and Pairing
Upon battery installation, the chronostat will power on. Follow the on-screen prompts to set the current time and date. For wireless communication with a receiver unit (sold separately), refer to the receiver's manual for pairing instructions. Typically, this involves pressing a pairing button on both devices within a short timeframe.

Press the mode selection buttons on the left side of the unit to cycle through or select the desired operating mode.

In Manual, Comfort, or Economy modes, you can adjust the target temperature using the rotary dials at the bottom of the unit. Turning the dial clockwise typically increases the temperature, while turning it counter-clockwise decreases it. The new target temperature will be displayed on the screen.
