  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the outdoor transmitter.
  2. Insert 2x 1.5V AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).

The display brightness can be adjusted between 2 levels. Refer to the specific button on your device (usually labeled "LIGHT" or a sun icon) to cycle through the brightness settings.

5.2. Color Change Function

The alarm clock offers two display color modes:

5.3. Time and Date Settings

The clock automatically sets the time via the DCF77 radio signal. If manual adjustment is needed or for initial setup before signal reception:

  1. Press and hold the "SET" or "MODE" button to enter time setting mode.
  2. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust hours, minutes, year, month, and day.
  3. Press "SET" or "MODE" again to confirm each setting and move to the next.
  4. You can also set the time zone (+2/-1) if your location differs from the DCF77 signal's default.
  5. The day of the week can be displayed in 7 languages. Refer to the manual for language selection.

A USB charging port (1A) is located on the side or back of the alarm clock. You can use this port to charge mobile devices such as smartphones. Connect your device's USB charging cable to this port. Note that charging speed may vary depending on the device.
