1. Ifihan
The Sekonic SpectroMaster C-800 is a full-spectrum color meter designed for precise measurement of various light sources, including LED, HMI, Fluorescent, Tungsten, Natural Light, and electronic flash. It utilizes a high-resolution CMOS sensor to accurately capture light source output, providing exceptional color measurement accuracy. This meter offers direct display of values for major light source and lens filter brands, streamlining the process of correcting and modifying light color for improved recording and faster post-production workflows.
The C-800 incorporates advanced metrics such as CRI, TLCI, TLMF, TM-30-15, and is currently the only meter to feature SSI (Spectral Similarity Index), developed by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science and Technology Council. This allows for comparison and scoring of lights based on their spectral similarity. It simplifies matching new generation RGB, RGBW, and RGBAW LEDs by providing (x, y) values for precise chromaticity coordinates, and enabling measurement of Hue and Saturation for optimal matching with any RGB LEDs. The C-800 enhances confidence for filmmakers and photographers in achieving true-to-life skin tones and realistic colors, and offers superior light matching capabilities.

The C-800 offers a wide range of measurement capabilities:
- Ipo ọrọ: Displays basic color temperature and illuminance values.
- Spectrum Mode: Shows the spectral power distribution of the light source.
- CRI (Atọka Rendering Awọ): Measures how accurately a light source renders colors compared to a reference.
- TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) / TLMF (Television Lighting Matching Factor): Metrics for evaluating light sources for television and film production.
- TM-30-15: A more comprehensive method for evaluating color rendition, including fidelity (Rf) and gamut (Rg).
- SSI (Spectral Similarity Index): Compares the spectral distribution of a light source to a reference.
- Multi Lights: Allows for comparison and matching of multiple light sources.
- WB Corr. (White Balance Correction): Assists in achieving accurate white balance.

5.1. Ninu
To maintain the accuracy and longevity of your Sekonic C-800, keep it clean and free from dust and debris.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the meter.
- For the display screen, use a microfiber cloth specifically designed for electronics. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Keep the light receptor clean. Use a blower brush to remove dust. Do not touch the receptor surface directly.
5.2. Ibi ipamọ
When not in use, store the C-800 in its provided soft case to protect it from impacts and environmental factors. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
5.3. Batiri Rirọpo
Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always use fresh AA batteries. Remove batteries if the meter will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
