The Vertiv GXT5 External Battery Cabinet is designed to extend the runtime of compatible Vertiv GXT5 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing critical backup power during outages.

- If connecting multiple external battery cabinets (up to 6), connect them in series using the provided communication cables.
- The new auto-detection feature will automatically configure the UPS to recognize the connected battery cabinet(s), ensuring proper setup and accurate runtime calculation.
- Once connected, you may power on the UPS system.
