Your Sky Q Voice Remote Control requires 2 AAA batteries, which are included. Follow these steps to install them:

To use the voice control and full functionality, you need to pair your remote with your Sky Q box. There are two primary methods:

Method A: Automatic Pairing

Most Sky Q remotes will automatically pair when batteries are inserted and the remote is pointed at the Sky Q box. If this does not happen, proceed to Method B.

Method B: Manual Pairing

  1. Point the remote at your Sky Q box.
