- The charging indicator on the radio will illuminate to show charging status.

3. Attaching Belt Clips and Lanyards
- Align the belt clip with the designated slots on the back of the radio and slide it into place until it locks.
- For lanyard attachment, thread the lanyard through the carabiner loop located at the top of the radio.

4. Gbigbe ati Gbigba (PTT)

6. Call Tones and Roger Beep

- The Roger Beep is an audible tone that sounds when you release the PTT button, signaling to other users that your transmission is complete. This feature can usually be toggled on/off via the menu.
7. NOAA Weather Channels with Alert
- The radios can receive emergency and weather broadcasts from the NOAA National Weather Service. Consult your radio's menu for specific instructions on accessing and setting up weather alerts.
8. Ògùṣọ Išė
- To activate the built-in flashlight, locate the dedicated LAMP button or a multi-function button that controls the light. Press and hold or press briefly as per the radio's interface.
