Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during shipping. If any damage is found, contact your retailer immediately.
Connecting the Wavestate
- Asopọ agbara: Connect the supplied AC adapter to the DC 12V input jack on the rear panel of the Wavestate. Plug the other end into a suitable power outlet.
- Ijade ohun: Connect the Wavestate's L/MONO and R OUTPUT jacks to your audio interface, mixer, or amplifier using standard 1/4-inch TS cables. For stereo output, use both L/MONO and R.
- Agbekọri: For private monitoring, connect headphones to the HEADPHONE jack.
- Asopọmọra MIDI: Use standard 5-pin MIDI cables to connect the MIDI IN and MIDI OUT ports to other MIDI devices if desired.
- Asopọ USB: Connect a USB Type B cable from the Wavestate's USB port to your computer for MIDI communication and data transfer.
- Damptabi Pedal: Connect an optional damper pedal to the DAMPER jack for sustain functionality.

Operating the Wavestate
Powering On and Basic Navigation
Once all connections are made, press the POWER button to turn on the Wavestate. The display will illuminate, and the unit will boot up. Use the VALUE knob and PAGE buttons to navigate through menus and adjust parameters.
Wave Sequencing 2.0
The core of the Wavestate's sound engine is Wave Sequencing 2.0. This advanced synthesis method allows for complex, evolving timbres by sequencing different samples, filter settings, envelopes, LFOs, and modulation parameters over time. Unlike traditional step sequencers, Wave Sequencing 2.0 offers independent control over timing, sample, pitch, shape, and step sequence lanes, enabling highly intricate and unpredictable sonic textures.
- Awọn ọna: The Wavestate features multiple "Lanes" (e.g., Sample Lane, Pitch Lane, Shape Lane) that can be independently programmed.
- Awọn igbesẹ: Each lane consists of multiple steps, where you can define specific values for the parameter controlled by that lane.
- Àkókò: The Timing Lane controls the duration of each step, allowing for non-linear and rhythmic variations.
- Iṣatunṣe: Utilize the extensive modulation matrix to assign various sources (LFOs, envelopes, physical controllers) to control almost any parameter, adding dynamic movement to your sounds.

Awọn iṣakoso iṣẹ
The Wavestate is designed for real-time performance. Key performance controls include:
- Vector Joystick: Manipulate up to four layers simultaneously for dynamic sound morphing.
- Mod Knobs: Four assignable modulation knobs provide immediate control over various parameters.
- Set List: Organize your favorite programs into a Set List for quick recall during live performances.
- Smooth Sound Transitions (SST): This feature allows notes to continue ringing out naturally even after changing programs, preventing abrupt cuts.
