- Lati Gba: Ensure the PTT button is not pressed. The radio will automatically receive signals on the selected channel and privacy code. The RX icon will appear on the display when a signal is being received.
5. eVOX (Hands-Free Operation)
eVOX allows for voice-activated transmission without pressing the PTT button.

6. Monitor and Scan Functions

- Ṣayẹwo: Tẹ mọlẹ MON/SIKAN button to activate the channel scan feature. The radio will scan all 22 channels for activity. When a signal is detected, the radio will pause on that channel. Press PTT to transmit on the active channel, or press MON/SIKAN again to resume scanning.
7. Weather Alert (WX)
The Weather Alert feature provides automatic alerts for severe weather conditions.
- Tẹ awọn WX button (located below the MON/SIKAN button) to enter Weather Radio mode. The WX icon will appear.
- In Weather Radio mode, you can use the UP (▲) tabi SILE (▼) buttons to select a weather channel.

8. Call Alert
The Call Alert feature allows you to send an audible alert tone to other radios in your group.
