Emissivity is a measure of an object's ability to emit infrared energy. Different materials have different emissivities. The INK-IFT01 allows you to adjust the emissivity from 0.1 to 1.0 to improve measurement accuracy for various surfaces. To adjust emissivity, press the MODE button to enter the emissivity setting, then use the Up ati Isalẹ awọn bọtini lati yi iye.
Refer to the following table for common emissivity values:
| Ohun elo | Emissivity |
|---|---|
| Aluminiomu (oxidized) | Ọdun 0.20 - Ọdun 0.40 |
| Brass (oxidized) | 0.61 |
| Iron (oxidized) | Ọdun 0.78 - Ọdun 0.82 |
