- Ensure all four vertical support poles are fully extended and locked.

4.2 Inserting the Mat
- Once the crate is fully assembled, place the comfortable mat inside on the bottom surface.
- Ensure the mat lies flat and covers the entire base for your pet's comfort.
4.3 Securing Openings
The crate features multiple zippered openings and roll-up mesh inserts.
- To open, unzip the desired panel.
- For ventilation, roll up the mesh inserts and secure them with the attached toggles or straps.
- To close, unroll the mesh inserts and zip all panels securely.
