Ṣeto
- Unfold the gameboard and place it in the center of the playing area.
- Each player chooses a Junior token (Bluey, Bingo, Mum, or Dad) and the matching 'Who's Your Token?' Character card. Place your token on the GO space.
- Separate the 'Sold' signs by color and give each player their matching colored signs.
- Shuffle the Chattermax cards and place them face down on the designated space on the board.
- The Banker (one player chosen to manage the money) gives each player 5 dollarbucks.
- Place the die next to the board.

Gameplay Instructions
Idi
The goal of Monopoly Junior: Bluey Edition is to be the player with the most dollarbucks when another player runs out of money.
Bibẹrẹ Ere naa
The youngest player goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.
Moving Around the Board
On your turn, roll the die and move your token that many spaces clockwise. Follow the instructions on the space you land on.
Buying Properties
When you land on an unowned property, you must buy it. Pay the bank the amount shown on the space and place one of your 'Sold' signs on the property. The properties feature familiar locations from Bluey, such as Bluey's House, The Dump, Uncle Stripe's Pool, and the Nail Salon.
Collecting Rent
If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay them rent. The rent amount is the same as the purchase price shown on the space. If a player owns both properties of the same color, the rent is doubled.
Chattermax Cards
When you land on a Chattermax space, draw the top card from the Chattermax pile and follow its instructions. These cards can lead to fun actions, collecting dollarbucks, or moving to different spaces.
Jail and Free Parking
If you land on 'Go to Jail', move your token directly to the 'Jail' space. To get out of Jail, you can pay $1 on your next turn, use a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card (if you have one), or roll a 6. 'Free Parking' is a safe space where nothing happens; you neither pay nor collect money.
Gba Ere naa
The game ends when one player runs out of money and cannot pay rent or buy a property. The player with the most dollarbucks at that point wins the game!
