- Normal Food: Heating typically takes 20-30 minutes.

- Enjoy Meal: Once heated to your desired temperature, unplug the lunch box, close the steam vent, and carefully open the lid to enjoy your warm meal.

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your electric lunch box.
- Inner Containers: The 1.5L stainless steel inner tray and the 0.45L plastic box are removable and dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). They can also be washed by hand with warm soapy water.
