Before operating the plasma cutter, ensure proper setup for safety and optimal performance.
- Asopọ agbara: Connect the power cord to an appropriate 120V or 240V power outlet. Use the provided 50A-15A plug adapter if necessary for 120V connections. Ensure the power source matches the machine's voltage eto.
- Asopọ Ipese afẹfẹ: Connect your air compressor to the air pressure regulator located on the back of the unit. Adjust the air pressure to the recommended range (typically 70-110 PSI for optimal cutting).
- Asopọ Torch: Securely connect the plasma torch cable to the designated port on the front panel.
- Ilẹ Clamp Asopọmọra: So ilẹ clamp cable to the appropriate terminal on the machine. Securely clamp ilẹ clamp sí ibi iṣẹ́ tàbí apá irin mímọ́ tónítóní ti tábìlì iṣẹ́ náà, èyí tó ń rí i dájú pé iná mànàmáná náà fara kan dáadáa.

6. Awọn ilana Iṣiṣẹ
Follow these steps for safe and effective plasma cutting:
- Agbara Tan: Turn on the main power switch on the plasma cutter. The digital display will illuminate.
- Ṣatunṣe Ampigba: Use the Output Current Knob to set the desired amperage based on the material type and thickness you are cutting. Refer to the cutting chart (if available) or general guidelines for optimal settings.
- Set Post Time: Select the post-flow time (2.5s or 5s) using the Post Time Selection button. This allows air to flow after the arc stops, cooling the torch and extending consumable life.
- Mura Iṣẹ-ṣiṣe: Ensure the metal workpiece is clean and free of rust, paint, or debris for best results. Secure the workpiece to prevent movement during cutting.
- Bẹ̀rẹ̀ Arc: Position the torch tip approximately 1/8 to 1/4 inch above the starting point of the cut. Press the torch trigger to initiate the pilot arc. The non-touch pilot arc will establish without needing to touch the metal.
- Bẹrẹ Ige: Once the pilot arc is established, slowly move the torch across the metal at a consistent speed. Maintain a steady distance from the workpiece. Observe the molten metal and sparks exiting the bottom of the cut to ensure full penetration.
- Cutting Various Materials: This plasma cutter is suitable for cutting aluminum, magnesium alloys, brass, stainless steel, cast iron, steel, copper, titanium, and other metal materials. Adjust amperage and travel speed accordingly for different materials and thicknesses.
- Ipari Ige: Continue cutting until the desired length is achieved. Release the trigger to stop the arc. The post-flow air will continue for the set duration.
- Agbara Pa: Once cutting is complete and the unit has cooled, turn off the main power switch.

The plasma cutter is compatible with a wide range of metal types.
7. Itọju
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your plasma cutter.
- Consumable Inspection: Regularly inspect the torch consumables (electrode, nozzle, shroud cup) for wear. Replace them when they show signs of pitting, erosion, or damage to maintain cut quality.
- Air Filter/Regulator: Check the air filter on the regulator periodically for moisture or debris. Drain any accumulated water and clean or replace the filter element as needed to ensure clean, dry air supply.
- Cable and Connection Check: Inspect all cables (torch, ground, power) for cuts, abrasions, or loose connections. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Ninu: Keep the machine's exterior clean and free of dust and metal particles. Use compressed air to gently blow out any dust from the cooling vents.
- Ibi ipamọ: Store the plasma cutter in a dry, clean environment when not in use.
