5. Eto ati Wiring
Proper wiring is crucial for accurate measurements and safe operation.
5.1 Agbara ẹrọ naa
- Connect the provided 12VDC, 1A power adapter to the DC input jack (1) on the electronic load.
- Plug the adapter into a suitable power outlet. The display should illuminate.
5.2 Connecting the Load (Device Under Test)
The electronic load supports both four-wire and two-wire connection methods. The four-wire method provides more accurate voltage measurement by separating the voltage sensing lines from the current carrying lines.

Figure 4: Wiring diagrams for four-wire and two-wire connections.
- Four-Wire System: Connect the positive terminal of the DUT to A+ and the negative terminal to A- for current flow. Additionally, connect a separate pair of wires from the positive terminal of the DUT to V+ and the negative terminal to V- fun voltage sensing. This method compensates for voltage drop across the current wires.
- Two-Wire System (Downward Compatible): Connect the positive terminal of the DUT to A+ and the negative terminal to A-. In this configuration, the V+ and V- terminals are internally shorted to A+ and A- respectively. Note that voltage readings may be slightly less accurate due to voltage drop in the current wires.
5.3 Connecting the NTC Temperature Sensor
- Plug the NTC 3950 10K 1% temperature sensor into the dedicated NTC interface next to the 4P terminal block (refer to Figure 3).
- Place the sensor in contact with the component or area whose temperature you wish to monitor (e.g., battery surface). The device will display temperatures from 0-100°C.
6. Awọn ilana Iṣiṣẹ
The electronic load features a 2.4-inch TFT color display and control buttons for easy operation.
