The QttyElok R01Tuya system offers multiple methods for unlocking your door or gate.

7.1. Tuya APP Control
The Tuya app allows you to unlock your door from anywhere, manage users, and view access logs. For detailed instructions on connecting the Tuya app, refer to Video 6.2 (0:21-0:55) in the Installation section.

7.2. Isẹ Iṣakoso latọna jijin
The included remote transmitters allow for convenient unlocking from up to 30 meters away. The system supports up to 40 remote controls. For a visual guide on connecting and deleting remote controls, refer to Video 6.2 (0:55-1:19 for pairing, 1:59-2:34 for deleting) in the Installation section.

8.1. Locking Time Delay Adjustment
The receiver allows you to adjust the time delay before the lock re-engages after unlocking. Use the AKOKO switch on the receiver to select 0, 5, or 10 seconds. The default setting is 5 seconds.
8.2. Operating Mode Selection
The receiver supports three operating modes: Momentary, Latched, and Toggle. Adjust the switch on the internal board (refer to Image 4.3) to select the desired mode. For a visual demonstration of these modes, refer to Video 6.2 (1:19-1:59) in the Installation section.
- Momentary Mode (M): (Switch to the rightmost position) The lock will automatically re-lock after a set delay (5 or 10 seconds). This is the default mode.
- Latched Mode (L): (Switch to the middle position) The lock remains unlocked after activation. It cannot be re-locked by remote or app after unlocking.
- Toggle Mode (T): (Switch to the leftmost position) After remote unlocking, the remote needs to be pressed once more to re-lock the door.
9. Laasigbotitusita
- System not responding: Check all power connections and ensure the power adapter is functioning correctly.

- Ensure the remote is paired with the receiver (refer to Section 7.2).

- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a stable 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Verify the receiver is in pairing mode during the app setup process.
- Check your WiFi password and network settings in the Tuya app.
- Lock not engaging/disengaging:
- Confirm the electric lock is correctly wired to the NC/NO ports on the receiver.
- Check the selected operating mode (Momentary, Latched, Toggle) as it affects lock behavior.
- Ensure the electric lock itself is functioning properly.
