1. Ifihan

The Daytech Caregiver Pager System is designed to provide prompt assistance for elderly individuals, seniors, patients, and disabled persons in various settings such as homes, hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. This system includes plug-in receivers and wireless call buttons, ensuring reliable communication at the touch of a button.

3.1 Ipò Olùgbà

Plug the receiver into a standard electrical outlet in a central location where the alert can be easily heard. The receiver is designed for indoor use only.

3.2 Call Button Attachment Options

The call button offers multiple attachment options for user convenience:

3.3 Pairing Call Buttons with Receivers

To ensure your call buttons communicate with the receivers, follow these pairing steps:

  1. Plug in the receiver to an outlet.
  2. Press the receiver's music key (forward/backward buttons on the side) to select your desired ringtone.
  3. Press and hold the volume button of the receiver until the LED light flashes and emits a "ding" sound. This indicates it's in pairing mode.
  4. Press the call button. The receiver will "ding" and flash, confirming the signal reception.
  5. Press the call button again to confirm the pairing.

4.1 Initiating a Call

To alert the caregiver, simply press the call button. The receiver will immediately make a sound and flash its LED light to notify the caregiver.

This system provides a discreet and effective way to call for help, eliminating the need for shouting.

4.3 Alailowaya Range

The system boasts an open area working range of 300+ feet (approximately 500ft/150m in open areas), ensuring a stable wireless signal throughout most homes and facilities. This wide range helps prevent missed calls.

5. Itọju

5.1 Battery Replacement (Call Button)

The call button uses a 12V battery (included). When the call button's indicator light no longer flashes or the signal becomes weak, it's time to replace the battery. Use the provided small screwdriver to open the back cover, remove the old battery, and insert a new one, ensuring correct polarity. Then, re-tighten the screws and close the cover.

Wipe the surfaces of the receivers and call buttons with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. The call button is IP55 waterproof and dustproof, meaning it can withstand splashes of water (e.g., in a bathroom). However, do not fully immerse it in water.
