1. Press the power button on the controller to turn on the heating pad.
2. Press the temperature button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 heat levels (Low 1-2, Medium 3-4, High 5-6). The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
3. The pad will automatically shut off after 2 hours of continuous use.
4. To turn off manually, press the power button again.

4.2. Neck and Shoulder Heating Pad Operation

1. Press the power button to turn on the heating pad. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Use the temperature adjustment button to select one of the 9 heat settings. The current level will be shown on the display.
3. Use the timer adjustment button to select an auto-off time from 0.5H, 1H, 1.5H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, or 9H. The selected time will be displayed.
4. The pad will automatically shut off after the selected time has elapsed.
5. To turn off manually, press the power button again.
