The Caliber 4R36 movement is a self-winding mechanical movement. It does not require a battery. The mainspring is wound by the natural motion of your arm while wearing the watch. If the watch is not worn for an extended period, it will stop. Simply re-wind it manually or wear it to restart.

3.2 Omi Resistance (100M / 10 Pẹpẹ)

This watch is water-resistant to 100 meters (10 bar). This means it is suitable for everyday use, swimming, and snorkeling. It is not suitable for scuba diving. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before exposing the watch to water.

3.3 Uni-directional Rotating Bezel

To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, especially on the bracelet, use a soft brush with mild soapy water, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry completely. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before cleaning with water.

4.2 Omi Resistance Care

Avoid exposing your watch to hot water, steam, or sudden temperature changes, as this can affect the water-resistant seals. After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly. Have the water resistance seals checked periodically (e.g., every 2-3 years) by an authorized service center.

4.3 Storage and Servicing

When not wearing your watch, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields. For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to have your automatic watch serviced by an authorized SEIKO service center every 3-5 years.
