• Foul odors despite odor eliminators: Check if the waste bin is sealed properly. Verify that the N60 and N50 2.0 odor eliminators are correctly installed and have not expired. Replace them if necessary.
• Unit not recognizing cat or inaccurate weight tracking: Ensure the AI camera lens is clean and unobstructed. For multi-cat households, ensure each cat has a clear frontal photo uploaded for facial recognition in the app.
• Unit delivered with damage: If your unit arrived damaged, do not proceed with setup. Contact PETKIT customer support immediately for assistance with replacement or repair.
• Aabo gbogbogbo: This product is suitable for cats weighing 3.3 lbs to 17.6 lbs and older than 6 months. Always follow the instructions provided in the user manual to prevent accidental injury.
