• Powerful OCR Recognition: The built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function converts scanned images into searchable PDFs and editable Word, Excel, and text formats. It supports over 130 languages.

• Remote Collaboration Ready: The S21 is UVC/UAC compliant, enabling seamless content projection using third-party video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype). It functions as both a document camera for remote teaching/learning and a scanner for digitizing papers.
• Scan Multiple Images Simultaneously: The software allows scanning several documents at once, automatically cropping them, correcting alignment, and saving them as separate files.

3. Built-in 3-Level LED Light Control

The scanner features a built-in high-brightness LED lamp with three adjustable levels. This provides optimal lighting for scanning and reading, especially in low-light conditions. Adjust the brightness using the touch control on the scanner arm.

Akiyesi: Using the built-in LEDs in bright environments or with highly reflective papers is not recommended as it may cause glare.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VIISAN S21 Document Scanner, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Ninu: Regularly wipe the scanner's exterior and the camera lens with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
