Turn the dial to select speeds 1 through 5. Speed 1 is the lowest, and Speed 5 is the highest. Use lower speeds for softer ingredients or light mixing, and higher speeds for tougher ingredients or finer blending.
Pulse Išė
Press and hold the "Pulse" button for short bursts of high-speed blending. Release the button to stop. This function is ideal for chopping ingredients, quick mixing, or breaking down larger pieces.

Blending Hot olomi
The 48 oz Tritan blending jar is designed to be heat-resistant. When blending hot liquids, remove the measuring cup cover from the lid to allow steam to escape. For safety, cover the lid opening with a towel to prevent splattering. Always start with a low speed and gradually increase.

Lilo Tamper and Scraper Tool
The included 2-in-1 tamper and scraper tool can be used to push ingredients towards the blades during blending, especially for thick mixtures. Only use the tamper when the lid is securely in place and the measuring cup cover is removed. Do not use other utensils. The scraper end helps remove contents from the jar after blending.

Easy Cleaning Options
The Chefman Obliterator Blender offers two convenient ways to clean:
- "Clean" Preset: Add 2 cups of warm water and 1-2 drops of dish soap to the blending jar. Secure the lid. Select the "Clean" preset on the control dial. The blender will run a cycle to clean itself. After the cycle, rinse the jar thoroughly.

- Blender does not turn on:

- Verify the blending jar is correctly seated and locked onto the motor base. The display may show "Fix Jar" if not properly aligned.
- "Add Liquid" alert:
- This alert indicates that the blender detects insufficient liquid for the ingredients being processed. Add more liquid to achieve the desired consistency and prevent motor strain.
- Motor sounds strained or stops:
- The load might be too heavy or too thick. Add more liquid, or use the tamper tool to push ingredients towards the blades.
- Unplug the unit, remove some ingredients, and try again.
- Ensure the blades are not obstructed by large, hard pieces of food.
- Blender is excessively loud:
- While powerful blenders can produce significant noise, ensure the lid is properly secured and the jar is correctly seated. If unusual or excessive noises persist, discontinue use and contact customer support.
