2. Measuring for Installation
Accurate measurements are essential for a proper fit. Always use a metal tape measure for precision, as cloth tape measures can stretch. Do not make any deductions from your measurements.
2.1. Inside Mount Measurement
For an inside mount, the blinds fit within the window frame, offering a clean and integrated look. The finished blind will be 1/2 inch narrower than your ordered width to ensure a true-fit installation.

2.2. Outside Mount Measurement
An outside mount is used when an inside mount is not feasible or for aesthetic reasons, such as making windows appear taller. The blinds will extend beyond the window frame.
