- Ibi: Position the massager on a stable surface or against a chair back where you intend to use it. Ensure it is placed securely and will not shift during operation.

- Tiipa aifọwọyi: For safety and to prevent overheating, the massager is equipped with a 15-minute automatic shut-off feature. If you wish to continue your massage, simply restart the device.

- Back and Lumbar Support: Place the massager vertically against the back of a chair or sofa to target the lumbar or upper back region. The adaptive fitting massage nodes will conform to your body's curve.
- Neck and Shoulder Massage: Position the massager horizontally behind your neck or shoulders while seated or lying down for targeted relief.
- Leg and Thigh Massage: Place the massager under your thighs or calves to alleviate muscle soreness and improve circulation in your legs.
- Office and Car Use: The massager can be used in an office chair or a car seat (car adapter not included). Use the integrated strap to secure it to the chair.
