This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Polti Rollysteam WD20 Steam and Vacuum Floor Cleaner. The Polti Rollysteam WD20 is designed to vacuum, wash, and sanitize household floors using Polti SteamActiveTM steam technology and a rotating brush (Polti PowerBrushTM). It also features a self-cleaning function, offering an efficient solution for daily floor care without the need for chemical detergents.

Please read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before using the appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

When using a steam-enabled mode, the Polti SteamActiveTM technology will generate high-performance steam to sanitize surfaces. This function helps eliminate up to 99.999% of germs, bacteria, and fungi without chemical detergents.

When the dirty water tank is full, the appliance may indicate this. Remove the tank, empty its contents, rinse it with clean water, and reinsert it.

Press the power button to turn off the appliance when finished. Return it to the self-cleaning base.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Polti Rollysteam WD20.

After each use, place the appliance on its self-cleaning base. Ensure the clean water tank has sufficient water and the dirty water tank is empty. Initiate the self-cleaning cycle as per the appliance's instructions (usually a dedicated button or automatic activation). - Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank and Filter:
After each use, empty and thoroughly rinse the dirty water tank. Remove and clean the filter located within the dirty water tank. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.
- Itọju Roller:
Periodically inspect the rotating brush roller for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any obstructions. The roller can be removed for deeper cleaning or replacement.
- Calc Cleaning Cycle:
The appliance features a Calc Cleaning cycle to maintain clean internal circuits and consistent steam performance. Follow the appliance's prompts or manual instructions for when and how to perform this cycle.

Store the appliance upright on its self-cleaning base in a dry, safe place. Ensure all tanks are empty and clean before storage.

If you encounter issues with your Polti Rollysteam WD20, refer to the following common solutions:

Check if the clean water tank is filled. Ensure the appliance has reached its operating temperature (allow a few moments after powering on). Perform a Calc Cleaning cycle if steam performance has degraded over time.

Ensure the dirty water tank is not full. Clean the rotating brush roller and filter for any blockages. For stubborn dirt, multiple passes may be required.
- Omi Sisun:
Verify that both the clean and dirty water tanks are correctly seated and their caps are securely closed. Check for any cracks or damage to the tanks.
- Self-Cleaning Cycle Not Starting/Completing:
Ensure the appliance is correctly placed on the self-cleaning base. Verify that the clean water tank has water and the dirty water tank is empty. Ensure the appliance is connected to power.
