3. Turn on the pump. It will start in stimulation mode.
4. Once milk begins to flow, press the mode button to switch to expression mode.
5. Adjust the vacuum level to your comfort.
6. Pump for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until milk flow significantly slows.
7. Turn off the pump and carefully detach the breast shields from your breasts.
8. Disconnect bottles and store milk appropriately.
