Getting to Know AtomStack Swift:
Familiarise yourself with the different assemblies and parts of the AtomStack Swift, including the X-axis assembly, left and right Y-axis assemblies, power adapter, and optical shaft.
How to Install Swift:
- Place the five assemblies as shown in the diagram. Ensure the X-axis assembly belt faces downward, and the Y-axis assembly with the motor is on the left.
- Install the optical shaft onto the X-axis. Push the X-axis toward the front X-axis assembly with both hands, then tighten the coupling and timing pulley. Ensure it is fully inserted and aligned parallel with the front X-axis assembly.
- If the hand-tightened screw interferes with the optical axis, simply pull out the black part and rotate it downward again.

How to install Swift

- Place the five assemblies as shown in the diagram.
Akiyesi: The X-axis assembly should have the belt facing downward, and the Y-axis assembly with the motor should be on the left. - Align and connect the five assemblies, then secure them using six M5×8 screws.

- Install the optical shaft onto the X-axis. Push the X-axis toward the front X-axis assembly with both hands, then tighten the coupling and timing pulley.
(Ensure it is fully inserted and aligned parallel with the front X-axis assembly)
- Install the laser module and tighten the thumb knob.
Akiyesi:
If the hand-tightened screw interferes with the optical axis, simply pull out the black part and rotate it downward again.
- Connect the motor cable, limit switch cables, and laser cable as shown in the diagram to complete the installation.

Ọna Idojukọ:
Place the workpiece. Turn the focusing knob downward and loosen the thumb screw. Let the laser module drop until the knob touches the material. Tighten the screw to fix the module, then return the knob to its original position.

Imọran:
When placing the material, use the X/Y axis scale lines for alignment. When using “Absolute Coords” mode in the software, the design will align with the material’s position.

- If the engraving quality deteriorates after prolonged use, adjust the eccentric nuts with the open-end wrench to improve it.
- Use the open-end wrench to adjust the eccentric nuts on the left and right Y-axes.
- Adjust them so that when the machine is tilted at a 45° angle, as shown, the X-axis slides down slowly and evenly.
