You can download the core Uploader software by signing into your MyGlooko dashboard at my.glooko.com, navigating to Settings, and selecting 'Get Glooko Uploader' for Mac or PC.
Ensure your Glooko Transmitter is powered on, then securely connect your device or place your smart insulin pen (such as a NovoPen) in the ring on top of the transmitter. The data upload begins automatically, and the display ring will light up green when the transfer is successfully completed.
