  • How do I start a charging session on the Ocular LTE?

For the socket model, plug the cable into both the car and charger, then the session starts automatically or by pressing the silver button (depending on settings). For the tethered model, plug the attached cable into the car and press the button if required.

  • What do the LED status lights indicate?

Generally, a static green light indicates the charger is ready. A flashing green light means charging is in progress. A red light indicates a fault or error state.

  • Can I adjust the charging speed?

On models like the Ocular LTE, you can cycle through available charging rates (e.g., 8A, 15A, 32A) by pressing the silver button on the side while the charger is NOT plugged into a vehicle.

  • What happens if the charger goes offline?

If an OCPP charger goes offline, you can often still charge using a linked RFID card. The session data is stored locally and will upload to the server once the internet connection is restored.

  • Bawo ni MO ṣe da gbigba agbara duro?

You can stop the session via your vehicle controls, by tapping your RFID card again, or by pressing the Stop/Silver button on the charger unit.
