  • High Efficiency Regulation: Uses LM2596 IC for efficient power conversion and low heat.
  • Adijositabulu o wu Voltage: A multi-turn potentiometer allows precise voltage tuning.
  • Idaabobo ti a ṣe sinu: Thermal shutdown and current limit protection prevent damage.
  • Okunfa Fọọmu Iwapọ: Small size fits well in tight enclosures and projects.ROBODO-LM2596-DC-DC-Buck-Converter-fig-1
Installation or Setup
  • Identify input terminals (IN+ and IN-) and output terminals (OUT+ and OUT-).
  • Solder power source wires to the input terminals with correct polarity.
  • Connect output terminals to the load or multimeter for adjustment.
  • For currents over 2A, attach an external aluminum heat sink to the LM2596 IC.

Bawo ni lati Lo

  1. Connect input terminals to a stable DC power source (4.5V to 40V).
  2. Rii daju igbewọle voltage is at least 1.5V higher than the desired output.
  3. Power on the input source.
  4. Wiwọn abajade voltage with a digital multimeter at OUT+ and OUT-.
  5. Ṣatunṣe iwọn diduntage using the blue multi-turn potentiometer:
    • Turn clockwise to increase voltage.
    • Turn counterclockwise to decrease voltage.
  6. Turn off the power, disconnect the multimeter, and connect your device.
  7. Power on to operate your system.
Itọju ati Cleaning
  • Keep the module clean and dust-free to prevent overheating.
  • Use a soft anti-static brush or compressed air for cleaning.
  • Store in an anti-static bag when not in use.
  • Avoid moisture exposure to prevent damage.
Awọn imọran aabo
  • Never reverse input polarity (no reverse polarity protection).
  • Jeki input inputtage below 40V DC.
  • Avoid operating at 3A max current without proper cooling.
  • Keep away from flammable materials during high-load use.
