FAQ

1.) Why it can’t reach the data transfer speed of USB3.1 Gen1?

This product passed rigorous testing. Under normal situations, it can read and write with the speed of USB3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps). Please make sure your host (computer) supports USB3.1 Gen1 specification. Otherwise, there will be a corresponding speed of either USB2.0 or USB1.1 only.

2.) Why my USB devices can’t be recognized by the product?

It is recommended to plug in the power supply when using high power-consuming devices or plug in the USB-C PD to ensure there is enough power.
